On occasion an emergency will arise for the physician, which could delay your appointment time. We would appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations. Should the doctor be unable to keep the appointment, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. For this reason, it is important that we have your current home, business and mobile telephone numbers.
If you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment time, please notify our office as soon as possible so we may offer your appointment time to another patient who may need to see the doctor.
If your physician sent you to our office, please make our receptionist aware of this; a consultation report will be sent to your doctor.
X-rays are important to more accurately diagnose many conditions. We have our own radiology department within each office location. If you have had previous x-rays taken, it would be helpful if you would bring them with you.
